Your rights
Last updated: 06 October 2026
Depending on where you live and work, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Türkiye’s Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) or other data protection laws give you rights over your personal data. You can exercise them free of charge.
Your rights
- Access: obtain confirmation that we process your data and a copy of it.
- Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure: have your data deleted where there is no longer a reason to keep it.
- Restriction: ask us to limit the processing of your data in certain cases.
- Portability: receive the data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your situation.
- Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
- Under KVKK you may also learn the purpose of processing, the third parties to whom data is transferred, ask for those parties to be notified of corrections or deletions, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Automated decisions
Advent Nexus does not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing. Assessment outputs are reviewed and interpreted by qualified professionals.
How to make a request
- E-mail operations@adventnexus.com with the subject “Data protection request”, from the address at which you received your invitation if possible.
- Say which right you wish to exercise and, if relevant, which programme it concerns.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request.
- We reply within one month (GDPR) or 30 days (KVKK). Where the law allows, this period can be extended and we will tell you why.
Data held on the Hogan platform
Your questionnaire responses are held by Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc. If your request concerns them, we will pass it to Hogan and coordinate the response, or you may contact Hogan directly.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to a data protection authority — for example the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italy), the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spain), the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu (Türkiye) or the authority where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
