Purpose

The Assessment Center gives you access to the executive assessment you have been invited to complete by Advent Nexus, and to information about it.

Your personal access link

Your link is issued to you alone and works without a password. Please do not forward or share it. If you think someone else has used it, tell us at operations@adventnexus.com and we will deactivate it and send you a new one.

Completing the assessment

• Complete each module yourself, without help from others.
• Answer naturally; there are no right or wrong answers.
• The questionnaires are hosted by Hogan Assessments; Hogan’s terms of use apply on its platform.
• If you need more time, contact us before the deadline.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass security, access information that is not yours, use automated tools against the service, or copy, record or reproduce assessment content.

Intellectual property

The Hogan instruments and their content are the property of Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc. and are used by Advent Nexus under licence. The Assessment Center, its design and its content belong to Advent Nexus. Hogan Assessments® is a registered trademark of Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc.

Results

Assessment outputs are reviewed by qualified professionals and used as one input among others in the programme. They are not displayed in the Assessment Center unless this has been agreed for your programme.

Availability

We aim to keep the Assessment Center available at all times, but maintenance or events outside our control may cause interruptions. Your progress on completed modules is not affected.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
